Spacious private upstairs apartment available Winter 2017-2018 from approximately Dec 1st to March 31st.   I would consider a short-term period rental to the right person (1 month minimum)

About 5 to 7 minutes to Thetford exit on I-91 and 15-20 minutes drive to Dartmouth green.   One minute walk to Post Mills store, located near the intersection of 113 and Barker Rd.

Apartment has one very large bedroom and large closet, full bath, and large open concept kitchin/dining/living area.  Lots of windows.  Large covered deck with BBQ.   I store belongings in part of the large closet when I am not there. This is a quiet location, with sound-proofed floor and walls.

Comes fully furnished and with fully equipped kitchen.  Furnishings include two couches, a chair, table and chairs, full-size bed, roll-out bed for guest, dresser and nightstand.  Kitchen has all the usual pots, pans, dishes, utensils, plus toaster, microwave, electric kettle, french press coffee maker.  

included:  heat, lights, parking, hot water, water, driveway snow removal.  Heat is gas-fired and works great, and is programmable.  

not included: internet and landline phone (but available for $80 extra), trash removal, and there is no on-site laundry available.  

OTHER: 

In winter you should be prepared to do some snow shoveling between the parking area and the stairs to the apartment.  Shovel provided. 

cell coverage is not great in Post Mills.   

PLEASE:  No pets (AND please don't even ask).  

Sublet rent  is $650 per month plus a $300 deposit payable on move-in.
