If you wish to share the room with another grad student, you will be required to provide us with the name and email of your roommate within 3 days. If you wish to add a roommate after the lease has been emailed, there will be a $150 fee to do so. Lease will begin July 15, 2024 and will go through June 30, 2025.
Must be a Dartmouth graduate student for the entire lease term. A security deposit of one month's rent is required. Rent is billed to student account.
