The application period for housing for the 2021-2022 school year has begun and will end on May 19, 2021. To apply for North Park, please create an account on our website or log-in to an existing account, and then submit the application by filling in the fields below and then click on "submit application".
There is a $25 non-refundable fee to submit an application which needs to be paid by credit card to our office by calling 603-646-2170 during business hours. The $25 application fee must be paid within 48-hrs of application or else the application will be terminated. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM - 3:30PM EST and all credit cards are accepted except for American Express.
Available bedrooms will then be assigned to applicants via a lottery system, so there is no guarantee you will get offered housing at North Park if you submit an application. The first lottery (for applications received by April 7th) will be held beginning on April 13, 2021 and the second lottery (for applications received between April 8th and May 19th) will be held beginning on May 24, 2021 and will continue until all rooms have been filled.
Only 1st year Geisel, Thayer and Guarini graduate students are permitted to apply for housing at North Park (no 2nd+ year grad students, no undergraduates, and no Tuck students are permitted to apply).
