Sugarwood Circle

Welcome to Sugarwood Circle—a new housing community exclusively for full-time, benefits-eligible Dartmouth College staff and faculty. Conveniently located in West Lebanon, NH, about one mile south of campus, Sugarwood Circle features 21 units, each with modern amenities tailored for professional living. It's an exclusive opportunity to join a vibrant academic community, with comfortable and contemporary accommodations designed to support work-life balance. Here's a description of each type of unit:

• 14 single-family, two-story homes.  Each unit contains three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one-half bath, and a one-car garage.
• Four units within two duplex homes with integrated one-car garages. Each unit features three bedrooms,  two full bathrooms, and one-half bath.
• Two units within 1 duplex home. One unit contains two bedroom, one full bathroom and one-half bathroom. One unit contains three bedrooms, one full bathroom and a three-quarter bathroom.
• One single-family, one-story home. This home features three bedrooms,  one full bathrooms, one- three-quarter, and a one-car garage.

Eight single-family homes will be available in mid- to late-January 2026.  The project is projected to be completed in summer 2026 with the rest of the homes available in increments throughout spring 2026.
