Eligibility

Dartmouth College full-time benefits-eligible faculty and staff employees are eligible to lease Sugarwood Circle units. Please know Dartmouth Health-paid employees (even those with faculty appointments at Dartmouth College) are not eligible.  Qualified employees can join the waitlist with the following priority classifications:

1. Newly recruited faculty and staff—staff or faculty who will be joining Dartmouth College without secured housing in the Upper Valley.
2. Current faculty and staff—current Dartmouth College staff and faculty who already have secured housing in the Upper Valley (non Dartmouth housing)
3. Current Dartmouth College housing tenants—If you currently reside in a Dartmouth rental unit, you are allowed to transfer to a Sugarwood Circle unit, as a level 3 priority.  Our 60-day notice policy and the $750 transfer fee will be waived.
