All rooms are single occupancy only. Living room has cathedral ceiling, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with granite counter tops. Additional room with TV and space to exercise. Enjoy a sunrise while drinking your coffee on the front deck. 

 Am open to renting the entire house. 

This may not be the right place for someone that works nights as it is located in a residential neighborhood, we have no control over when they decide to do yard work or children playing.

 Each private room has a key punch door lock to keep your private space secure,  code provided by landlord. 

 There are 2 parking spaces and sensor lighting throughout the outdoors for safe easy access at night.
