This cozy cottage comes fully furnished and even has a gas fireplace to warm up by.   2 floors, livingroom and eat in kitchen on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second.   Utilities included are: electric, highspeed internet, trash/recycling, compost, and snow removal. Utilities NOT included: Propane.  (Heat, hotwater, fireplace, and cook stove  are propane).  Gas oven and stove in kitchen along with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and all dishes, glassware, and cookware.  Bedroom has a 12" queen memory foam matteress and includes bedding (or bring your own bedding) Lots of storage in bedroom, closet, large dresser and under the platform bed.  Front covered porch with bbq and chairs, back deck with table, chairs and a firepit. Plenty of parking on site. We also have chickens, so free eggs are sometimes available!  ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS  ON PROPERTY!
