Emergency Service Requests

Normal Business Hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

  • Commercial Properties: Call the Real Estate Office at (603) 646-3931 for assistance. 
  • Sachem Village Properties: Call the Sachem Village Office at (603) 646-6574 for assistance.
  • Other Residential Properties: Call the Real Estate Office at (603) 646-2170 for assistance.

    If no one is immediately available, please call the Work Control Office at (603) 646-2508.

Off-Hours (all other times)

Please contact the emergency troubleshooters at the College Heating Plant at (603) 646-2344. Troubleshooters are on duty at all times; if no one picks up the phone immediately, please wait a minute and call back. They should only be called for emergency service requests.

Non-Emergency Work Orders

The best way to submit a non-emergency service request is to do so online.

During normal business hours, you may also submit a service request by emailing the Work Control Office or calling (603) 646-2508 and speaking directly with a representative. 

All service requests will be handled as quickly as possible. Work crews also handle campus service requests and prioritize service requests based upon the urgency of the needed repair. Please note that different work crews do different work: the person who comes to fix a leaky faucet can not necessarily take care of a heating issue.
