Three rooms apartment available September 1st 2025 – June 30th 2026. This property is suitable for a graduate student / visiting professor and spouse.  It is located in a quiet and well established neighborhood approx. 1.5 miles to campus. The independent, beautifully furnished apartment –a luminous semi-basement– is part of a single family home. It has a private entrance on the lower level of the owner's house, but it can be also accessible through the main building entrance. Available for the September to June academic year (a longer term could be negotiated), rent is $1,900 per month. All utilities included –heating, electricity, high speed internet, expanded basic cable, snow plowing, recycling and trash removal–. It includes all necessary appliances for a very comfortable stay, such as dishwasher, washer, dryer, and freezer chest –the last three in the unit's private utilities room–. Occasional overnight guests can be allowed. It has an independent roofed carport –a semi-garage– for one vehicle, but on occasions a second car can by parked next to the carport. Although at a walkable / bikeable distance (20m / 12m), a car is higly advised during the winter. Unfortunately, non smokers, no pets.
