About the building

Treetops was completed in 2020 and offers beautiful and well-maintained landscaping, a large, comfortable lounge for tenants' use, a well-equipped gym, expansive roof deck with ample furniture and gorgeous views, elevators, outdoor guest parking, bike room and mail/package room. Non-smoking building with a wonderful, attentive manager on the premises. There are numerous graduate students, hospital residents and medical providers from DHMC in the building. I've lived in my condo for three years and it's a fantastic home. Aside from the features already mentioned, Treetops is a community of people from all age groups. There are regular social events and neighbors look out for one another.
