Our home is availble for winter occupancy from mid February, 2026 through mid April 2026.  Located 5 miles from the center of Norwich and easily accessible to  a well maintained town road.   All systems are in excellent condition.  The house has a large office  space ,  open  kitchen, dining  and living room  area. and space for 1 car in the garage and another parked outside,. The monthly fee is low.  We want an individual or couple who will  care for our 2 feline companions, house plants, etc.  The owners will cover cost of plowing, biweekly house cleaning (every 2 weeks ), internet, &  electricty.    The caretakers pay for trash removal ( taking the trash to the town transfer station ) and  propane which provides hot water,, heat, gas stovetop,oven, and clothes dryer.
