Furnished Rental - 1200 sq ft, 3 bed, 1.5 baths, on a quiet road with 14 other single family homes, 5 miles from DHMC.

First contact via email is preferred. To be considered you will need to provide work contract/proof of income, credit report, references, background check, and complete an application. Non-smokers ONLY.

Heat included, as well as trash removal, water/hot water, association fees, and mowing.  Electric, internet, snow removal are tenant's responsibility

Furnishings include normal furniture (beds, sofas, tv, tables, etc) as well as decor, linens, cutlery, small kitchen appliances, etc. These can be removed and put in storage if tenant prefers. Backyard deck has outdoor furniture as well.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that convert into kings. Bedroom 2 is currently set up as a king bed.

Large fenced in back yard, space for gardening if you are inclined. (No pets... small dog considered on a case by case basis)

Rental period for 1 year minimum, up to 2 years. (This rental will only be available for 2 years while owners are overseas.)

House has a basement utility area with storage and laundry. Half the basement is closed off and is used for owner's personal effects and is not available for tenant use.

Parking is available for 2 cars.
