South Strafford is up Highway 132, just above Norwich and Union Village. The house is about a 13-14 mile commute to Dartmouth College (road choices) or 15.4 on all-hardtop route; 17 miles to Dartmouth Mary Hitchcock Medical Center; or, an 8 mile commute to Interstate 89 via Route 132 (Google maps).
Lease begins in August and runs through June. May be extended to a twelve-month lease or renewed, potentially.
Rent of $1900 includes: Propane heat, electricity, local telephone, 3.5 Mbit/sec Internet (can be upgraded), mowing, plowing.
Long-distance telephone, cable TV, and satellite TV are not included. Higher speed Internet is available at extra cost.
