We are renting our newly renovated, sunny, light-filled home in Norwich. It has a large pond for swimming and ice skating with a sledding hill to boot on 2.5 acres on New Boston Road with lots of wonderful hiking and biking trails steps from the door. The first floor has a large living room, dining room, half bathroom and a kitchen that opens onto a private deck with a lovely view of water, woods and wildlife. On the second floor, there is a master suite plus two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The ground floor has an in-law suite with a private entrance, bath and kitchenette as well as an additional large walk-out study/rec room. For those with children, the Dresden school bus stops at our house on the way to and from school. The home comes partially furnished, and will be available on August 1. We're seeking a year long lease, and we plan to continue renting the house for the next few years. We live nearby at another home in Norwich. Pets are negotiable on a case by case basis.
