The bedroom has a wall-lined bookcase, a small desk, a full-sized closet, and overhead and bedside reading lamps.

The spacious house, completely renovated, is surrounded by landscaped gardens and a wooded backyard. Located within walking distance of funky White River Junction with a fantastic choice of restaurants and two live Equity actor theatres. Only six miles from Dartmouth. By car seven minutes to campus. Free bus service exists but not recommended. Best to own a car.  Amtrak train station to New York City and Washington, DC. is just down the street. Dartmouth coach to Boston and New York stop is near Hanover Green.

Use of all the common spaces includes a modern kitchen, a full laundry room, a game room perfect for study, a screened porch, and a living room with a fireplace. The monthly rent is only $1,000 which includes all utilities and a weekly professional cleaning service. Share the house with a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer and his adult son, who is a writer and artist.  Off-street parking or covered garage available for minimum fee.
