Dartmouth Faculty & Staff Rentals

We offer approxiomately 150 residential units, including apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes for employees.

Dartmouth Graduate Student Rentals

Options for graduate students include the 255-unit Sachem Village community as well as nearly 60 apartments throughout downtown Hanover.

Housing for Sale

Dartmouth College occasionally facilitates the sale of a limited number of local homes & condominimums to benefits-eligible College faculty & staff which are sold with a Repurchase Option back to the College.
