About the property -- This is called the "Annex Apartment" - Apartment A.  There's also a "Barn Apartment" - Apartment B.  And a House. Vibe Agreement: This is a multi-unit property, the intention of which is to create a peaceful, sharing, respectful, and friendly community.  We have a strong commitment to climate change reductions, and sustainability in general.  If energy, water, resource conservation, recycling and composting aren't your thing, this might not be a good fit.  Parts of the property layout are wonky – there are some shared spaces (e.g., garage, utility room, bike and ski storage, mudroom, etc).  All of which are doable for sure but solid communication skills will go a long way.  

Most utilities are not included -- the ones that encourage energy conservation in particular.  There'll be a snowblower on the property and shared use is encouraged.  Plow service will be divided by the number of cars on the property.  Parking includes 1 garage space and outdoor parking is available as well.
