[Current posted rate is nightly through Sept 15, 2025].  The Perfect furnished 2 BDRM/2 BA house (1200 SF) to visit the Dartmouth-Hanover/Norwich area.  This home is available for limited short-term stays, and stays for multiple weeks or months.  It is not available for long-term leases (6 mos. or longer).  Rates vary based on leangth & season.  The home is located 1.5 miles from the Dartmouth campus and all the conveniences of Hanover.  It is even closer to the Norwich Village with dining at the Norwich Inn and Main & Carpenter, plus the world famous Dan & Whit's General Store ("If we don't have it, you don't need it."), the Norwich Book Store and more.  The many activities and points of interest in the area are too many to list.  The house is brand new in 2025 after an extensive remodel that included dramatic floor plan changes, a designer kitchen, adding a master bathroom suite with walk-in closet, new electrical, new plumbing, new insulation, new roof, new siding, windows and doors, all new furniture, a new fireplace, expanded mudroom, covered entrance, outside deck & more.  Each room of the house has a mini-split to ensure comfort year-around whether it's the need to cool down or warm-up.  The house also features an oil furnace and propane fireplace for those extra chilly New England winter days.  House Rules include a maximum of 4 guests and 2 cars, no loud or disruptive activities, no smoking, no pets, no hosting group celebrations, and other.  If you are looking for the highest quality accommodations exceptionally close to Dartmouth for your homebase while in the area, and you understand this property is only available to quiet, non-disruptive occupants, then look no further.  Security deposit required.  Rate includes nightly rate (unless weekly or monthly rate negotiated), seasonal variability, before taxes and fees, and minimum cleaning fee of $150 (all stays require $150/2 weeks cleaning service provided).   There is an additional utility charge for stays 2 weeks or longer.  We assure you that you will not be disappointed.
