This rental is in my condo, where I also live. Roomers (I have two when fully rented) get to share the rest of the condo. This is sort of a hybrid situation. You get your own room, but the landlord (me!) also lives here! :-) Looking for a reasonably quiet, neat guy, non-smoker. I will email additional photos if requested. Note: I'm a RETIRED older guy, but very young at heart. I do gym 5/week and walk 1 mile/day in good weather and still climb small mountains and do hiking and have a kayak, so I'm in fairly decent shape for an older New Hampshire boy! If you can handle living in a very comfortable, quiet location (good for whoever needs to study) with an educated, older dude, who has a nice library and a sauna, get in touch.
