A lovely 2 bed/1 bath home in Woodstock, VT.

Location: The house is right off of amazing trails (mountain biking, nordic skiing, hiking, etc!), the Mt. Peg summit trail (15 minute or so walk to the top 🙂 ) and walking distance to downtown. There's also a new cafe opening in September just down the hill, along with a burrito place just a few minutes further down the road! So, there are lots of amenities within walking distance!

The Space: The house is a one story cozy 2 bedroom with a porch and a big basement! We have views of the hills and Billings Farm outside the living room - especially pretty in the winter months. The basement is unfinished though we use it as an additional living room plus for storage so it's a bit adaptable based on your vision for the space, but regardless there is lots of storage! We also have a shed for bikes (or whatever you may need)! 

For the lease start - We are flexible on the move-in date: you are welcome to move in as early as July 15, or we can do an August 1st, or september 1st start. We also are happy to discuss renting furnished if that's of interest!
