We manage several parking facilities associated with properties in downtown Hanover. Priority is given to tenants of the related properties; we lease additional spaces month-to-month on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking rates vary by location and Dartmouth affiliation.

  • $100 per month non-Dartmouth, $90 per month Dartmouth

27 Lebanon Street

  • $100 per month non-Dartmouth, $90 per month Dartmouth

Garage Parking, Non-dedicated Space

7 Lebanon Street

  • $135 per month

Garage Parking, Dedicated Space

4 Currier Place

  • $155 per month non-Dartmouth, $130 per month Dartmouth

South Street (generally reserved for residential & commercial tenants located in buildings above the garage)

  • $155 per month non-Dartmouth, $130 per month Dartmouth
