The bus is Advance Transit, the Orange line which terminates at the med school, and life sciences bldg.  Wi-Fi. Off-street parking and covered bike storage. References required. Lease term is NEGOTIABLE. One month security deposit required.  First month's rent due on moving In.   Owner is a single, retired professional female who leads an active life and maintains a reasonably quiet, orderly home. The only pet is a canary. Require mature independent person, FEMALE ONLY.
