If you are an Upper Valley landlord and new to this site, please create a new account and then email the following information to Real.Estate.Office@dartmouth.edu:

• Username
• Full Name
• Local Address
• Local Contact Phone Number
• Address of the property you would like to list as available on Upper Valley Rentals

The Dartmouth Real Estate Office reserves the right to disallow a listing that it cannot confirm as valid or for any other concern. The Real Estate Office will make best efforts to verify all new requests within 72 hours, recognizing Dartmouth College holidays and office business hours.
