Available Units
**We will begin listing available units in mid to late April and continue on a rolling basis through June. Units are leased on a first come first serve basis. Please note that availability for academic year 2025-2026 will be limited due to lack of turnover.**
Available units include apartments of various sizes – studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms – located in or near downtown Hanover within walking distance of campus.
Property locations include South Street, Sanborn Road, Lebanon Street, W. Wheelock St, S. Main St.

If you see a property you are interested in, please apply for it online. Please submit an application for a specific unit below by clicking on "View Property" and then "Submit Application". There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 for each application submitted. An application is not considered complete unless the application fee has been paid. In the event that we receive more than one complete application for a proeprty, we will accept the first one received.
All units should be leased from the date they are listed as available and for the lease dates specified.
Once you apply for a Dartmouth Real Estate rental unit you have 7 days to sign and return the lease paperwork along with the security deposit check. We post listings as they come available to us so new rentals can come up at any moment during the work week (Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:00PM) and everything we know of that is coming available is listed on the site.
