Renting in Sachem Village

Most Sachem apartments are offered in the spring to students arriving for the fall term. Apartments vacated at other times during the year will be listed on this site.

Leases begin as of the date listed for the property. These dates are non-negotiable.

A list of all Sachem rents and floorplans for the 2024-2025 year can be found here, this does not represent the units that will be available for lease for the upcoming school year. It is simply a total inventory of floor plans and apartment types at Sachem Village.
