The community is located on a quiet corner of the Dartmouth campus providing an ideal setting for this 11-building, 33-apartment, 111-bedroom neighborhood.

First year graduate students from Geisel, Thayer and Grad Studies (Guarini) can apply to rent a bedroom in the larger 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment shared with three other individuals ($1,025/mo. per bedroom).
