Reserved for first-year graduate students, North Park is a short walk to campus, as well as shopping and restaurants in downtown Hanover.
The community is located on a quiet corner of the Dartmouth campus providing an ideal setting for this 11-building, 33-apartment, 111-bedroom neighborhood.
First year graduate students from Geisel, Thayer and Guarini can apply to rent a bedroom in the larger 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment shared with three other individuals ($1,055/mo. per bedroom). A very limited number of 1-bedroom ($1,420/mo.) and studio ($1,270/mo.) apartments are also available.
All North Park apartments are supplied with basic furniture, electricity, heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling services, and internet/wi-fi through the Dartmouth Network, and this is all included in the monthly rent. Residents have access to a basement storage area and a centrally located coin-operated laundry room.
Limited assigned covered parking in the community is available for a monthly fee of $115. Parking spaces are only available to faculty, staff and graduate students.
All North Park Street Graduate Housing is non-smoking and no pets of any kind are allowed in any of the units.
The application period for housing for the 2020-2021 school year has ended.
Anyone who has applied for North Park and paid their application fee within the required period will hear from Dartmouth Real Estate regarding housing opportunities by Tuesday, May 26th.
