Owner has long history of renting to the Dartmouth community.  This space is available to one individual only.  This is a one room space with a low impact kitchenette (with microwave, hot pot, toaster oven, 2 burner cook-top above a mini refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pots/pans/glasswear; no oven) There is limited storage space for this unit.  All utilities included. The studio efficiency comes furnished with single bed, desk/lamp, two chairs, bureau, scatter rugs. The bathroom has enclosed shower and bidet that works with a pump.  This is strictly a non smoking home - no exceptions.  - Laundry shared wtih owner. -  May have summer vacancy June, 2025 - September 1st. 2025 Free parking.  Tenant must fill out an application with a non-refundable fee of $50.00.  Application will be sent to your email upon request.  Your application will not be considered complete until this administrative fee has been paid.   Once your application is approved I will send you an email with a copy of the lease agreement to be signed and returned within security deposit within 7 business days. (security deposit equal to one month's rent.) First month's rent is due the day you occupy the rental) You can send the security deposit via a check to me, Sandra Joslin, at 12 Fairview Avenue, Hanover, NH, 03755. I accept a personal check, money order, or bank check.  International students can pay with an international money order, travelers check, or bank check.  I cannot accept a credit for the security deposit.
