Apartment is located in an upscale senior living community just outside of Hanover.  Convenient on site parking and cost per load laundry provided. AC available for additional monthly fee of $50 from May-Oct. Utilities and Wi-fi included in rent. No cable TV.  Smoke free community.  Prospective tenant must clear New Hampshire Criminal Background Check, New Hampshire Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services Background Check, as well as provide two work references and two personal references.  Stable employment history and excellent references required.
