The rentl is located approximately one mile north of the medical school. There is free bus service fairly frequently in the morning but return transportation after the afternoon may not be available by that bus line. Free transportation may be provided by Dartmouth but the renter must do the research to find out this service is available.  

The rentlal space includedes a large bedrroom in a home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It includes an ensuite bath and a large shared area with a tenant who will be be there only rarely as he rented a new apartment (after 20 years here) September 1 in Lyme, moving out slowly over next 2 month period. The shared space is large and contains chairs and a sofa, large screen TV, fridge stove, breakfast bar, small food storage area, and with rooms nearby contianing a wahser dryer, and vacuum,
