downstairs is partially finished with a tv/den room that is cozy and has couch as well as room for more sleeping options.

outdoor space includes free parking at end of dead end street where home is located. Back yard with deck, grill, outdoor fire pit and pizza oven. Fenced in back portion of yard great for kids and dogs. Also a wooded area behind that. 
front yard has lots of sun, vegetable garden, fruit trees and flower beds.
