We are a Dartmouth family going abroad for the spring term (March–June) and are looking for a responsible renter during this period. We are offering our furnished house in Norwich's Hawkpine neighborhood at a steep discount in return for taking care of our two cats. We are asking $2500/month (including utilities).

Spacious, furnished, 4-bedroom house located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by trails near the center of Norwich. 4 bedrooms; 2 offices; 3 bathrooms; open kitchen; living room with fireplace; library/playroom with piano; three-season room; deck and garden.

This would be an ideal arrangement for visiting, cat-loving faculty. It would also be ideal for a family with children, since we are in the Dresden School district and the neighborhood is quiet and child-friendly. Exact terms negotiable if we are a good match.
